DEFINITION

Mining Services Business Permits / Izin Usaha Jasa Pertambangan (IUJP).

Mining Services Business Permit (IUJP) is a permit given to mining business entities that carry out Mining Services business activities and is a form of licensing given to mining service business actors to support a mining business activity carried out by the IUP holder.  A company that intends to have an IUJP permit is required to have equipment and certified experts appropriate to the sub-field of business it wishes to register.

IUJP VALIDITY PERIOD

IUJP is granted for a period of 5 (five) years and can be extended for a period of 5 (five) years at each extension
