  1.   1. Berdasarkan Formulir yang diisi oleh Pendiri perusahaan maka  Notaris akan membuatkan draft minuta pendirian PT/CV yang akan dikirimkan kepada calon klien untuk dikonfirmasi. 
  2. Setelah minuta dikonfirmasi isinya benar, para pihak akan menandatangani perjanjian pendirian PT /CV di hadapan notaris baik secara langsung maupun dikuasakan.
