1. Para pemilik saham harus menyediakan identias berupa KTP dan NPWP selain itu harus menentukan lokasi yang akan dijadikan alamat kantor usaha, Untuk PT / CV beralamat di Jakarta harus berlokasi di kawasan perkantoran atau perdagangan. Pendiri PT juga harus menentukan Nama PT / CV terdiri dari 3 kata dan belum pernah didaftarkan.

2. Berdasarkan Formulir yang diisi oleh Pendiri perusahaan maka  Notaris akan membuatkan draft minuta pendirian PT/CV yang akan dikirimkan kepada calon klien untuk dikonfirmasi. 
3. Setelah minuta dikonfirmasi isinya benar, para pihak akan menandatangani perjanjian pendirian PT /CV di hadapan notaris baik secara langsung maupun dikuasakan.
4. Setelah dokumen ditandatangani, Notaris akan mendaftarkan pendirian perusahaan dan klien akan menerima Akta Notaris seta SK Kemenkumham
5. Penerbitan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB)
