Jenis Kendaraan: Digit ke-4 sampai ke-9 menginformasikan tentang spesifikasi mesin, jenis kendaraan, termasuk penjelasan jika ada pergantian model mobil tersebut dari waktu ke waktu, tipe body kendaraan, dan informasi tambahan dari kendaraan tersebut. Vehicle Type: Digits 4 through 9 provide information about engine specifications, vehicle type, including details on any model changes over time, the vehicle’s body type, and additional information about the vehicle.

Persyaratan Pengajuan NIK / Requirements for VIN Application::
- Izin Operasional Pabrik (SS/Izin) dari KBLI Industri kendaraan yang sudah terverifikasi;
Operational Factory License (SS/IZIN) with verified KBLI;
- Gambar atau brosur kendaraan bermotor yang akan diproduksi / Images or brochures of the motor vehicle to be produced;
- Sertifikat Merek dari kendaraan bermotor dari Kementerian Hukum dan Hak asasi manusia / Brand Certificate for the motor vehicle from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights.
- Rencana Kode NIK / VIN Code Plan:
- Rencana Produksi yang memuat Tipe kendaraan dan jumlah rencana produksi / Production Plan that includes the vehicle type and the planned production quantity.
- Rencana Penggunaan Komponen lokal, yang memuat bagian yang akan menggunakan komponen lokal dan waktu pelaksanaan penggunaan komponen lokal/ Plan for the Use of Local Components, detailing the parts that will use local components and the timeline for their implementation.
- Foto dokumentasi kantor, pabrik dan fasilitas serta peralatannya; / Documentation photos of the office, factory, facilities, and equipment.
- Layout pabrik dan lokasi kantor / Factory layout and office location.
- Daftar peralatan utama dan peralatan pendukung / List of main equipment and supporting equipment.
- Perjanjian kerja sama/kontrak bagi pekerjaan-pekerjaan yang disubkontrakkan beserta Perjanijian sewa minimal 3 tahun. / Cooperation agreements/contracts for subcontracted work along with lease agreements for a minimum of 3 years.
PROSES PENGAJUAN NIK :
NIK APPLICATION PROCESS:
- Pengajuan permohonan dengan melengkapi dokumen persyaratan
- Pemeriksaan dokumen permohonan disertai dengan pemeriksaan lapangan.
- Pemberian kode perusahaan
- Penyampaian laporan realisasi penerapan NIK.
- Submission of the application by completing the required documents.
- Examination of the application documents along with a field inspection.
- Issuance of the company code.
- Submission of the NIK implementation realization report.
Proses pengajuan NIK membutuhkan waktu 3-5 bulan pengerjaan disesuaikan penjadwalan dari kementerian perindustrian.
