PI Ban adalah proses perizinan yang diperlukan untuk mengimpor ban ke Indonesia. Ban memiliki peranan penting dalam industri transportasi dan pertambangan, yang menjadi komponen vital untuk operasi kendaraan komersial dan alat berat.

PI Ban is the licensing process required for importing tires into Indonesia. Tires play an important role in the transportation and mining industries, serving as vital components for the operation of commercial vehicles and heavy equipment.

Persyaratan penting / Important Requirements :

1. Perusahaan berbadan Hukum Indonesia / Indonesian Legal Entity Company
2. Sudah memiliki Merek yang terdaftar di Kemenkumham / Already has a trademark registered with the Ministry of Law and Human Rights
3. Memiliki sertifikat standard Nasional Indonesia (SNI) dan Nomor Pendaftaran Barang (NPB) / Has an Indonesian National Standard (SNI) certificate and a Goods Registration Number (NPB)
4. Memiliki Surat penunjukan dari prinsipal pemegang merk/pabrik di luar negeri yang ditandahsahkan notaris publik dan Atase Perdagangan (jika perusahaan adalah API-U) / Has a letter of appointment from the principal trademark holder/factory abroad that is certified by a public notary and the Trade Attaché (if the company is an API-U).
5. Jika perusahaan perdagangan (API-U) harus memiliki kontrak / MoU / Purchase Order dari perusahaan manufacture (API-P) selaku end user ban / If the trading company (API-U) must have a contract / MoU / Purchase Order from the manufacturing company (API-P) as the end user of the tires
6. Jika perusahaan perdagangan (API-U) Memiliki bukti sewa Gudang melalui Surat Keputusan pusat logistic berikat (“PLB”) / If the trading company (API-U) has proof of warehouse rental through a decision letter from the bonded logistics center (“PLB”)
7. Memiliki akun OSS / Has an OSS account from the Ministry of Investment
8. Memiliki Akun INSW / Has an INSW Account
9. Memiliki akun SIINas / Has an SIINas Account
10.  Invoice dan list barang yang memuat HS Code, Nama Barang, Foto Barang, Kegunaan Barang, Jumlah dan Satuan, Negara Asal，Muat Barang dan Pelabuhan Tujuan / Invoice and list of goods containing HS Code, Item Name, Item Photo, Item Use, Quantity and Unit, Country of Origin, Loading Port, and Destination Port

Waktu pengajuan PI Ban = 1 -2 Bulan terhitung persyaratan dinyatakan lengkap / The time it takes to submit a PI Ban until publication is around 1 – 2 months from the time the requirements are declared complete.

Tahapan Pengajuan PI Ban / Stages of Submitting PI Ban

1. Pengajuan Kuota Impor :  melalui INSW —> SIINas  —> Penerbitan Pertimbangan Teknis / Import Quota Application: through INSW → SIINas → Technical Consideration Issuance
2.  Penerbitan SK Persetujuan Impor : Melalui INSW / Issuance of Import approval Decree : throught INSW
