Pengenalan Persetujuan impor (PI) produk elektronik / Introduction to Import Approval (PI) for Electronic Products

1. Sejak berlaku Pemendag 36 tahun 2023 terdapat 78 Hs Code atas Impor Produk Elektronik harus mendapatkan Persetujuan Impor (PI) dari Kementerian Perdagangan per tanggal 10 Maret 2024. / Since the enactment of Regulation 36 in 2023, there have been 78 HS Codes for Import of Electronic Products that must obtain Import Approval (PI) from the Ministry of Trade as of March 10, 2024.
2. Syarat utama bagi Importir (Produk Elektornik) untuk memasukan barangnya ke Indonesia adalah harus memilki sertifikat Persetujuan Impor (PI) , tanpa dokumen ini produk elektronik akan tertahan dipelabuhan atau dikembalikan ke negara asal. / The main requirement for importers (of electronic products) to bring their goods into Indonesia is that they must have an Import Approval Certificate (PI), without which electronic products will be detained at the port or returned to the country of origin.
3. produk Elektronik yang wajib mendapatkan Persetujuan Impor (PI) tersebut seperti  : televisi,Smartphone, Kulkas, Laptop, Tablet, Earphone, speaker, Powerbank dan perlatan elektronik lainnya.  The electronic products that are required to obtain Import Approval (PI) include: television, smartphone, refrigerator, laptop, tablet, earphone, speaker, power bank, and other electronic equipment.
4. Sebelum mengajukan Persetujuan Impor kepada Kementerian Perdagangan, pelaku usaha sebelumnya harus memiliki “PERTIMBANGAN TEKNIS PRODUK ELEKTRONIK” dari Kementerian Perindustrian. Before submitting the Import Approval to the Ministry of Trade, business entities must first obtain a “TECHNICAL CONSIDERATION FOR ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS” from the Ministry of Industry
5. Pertimbangan Teknis berlaku sampai dengan 31 desember tahun berjalan sejak diterbitkan/ The Technical Consideration is valid until December 31 of the current year from the date of issuance.
6. Penambahan Kuota Impor pada Pertimbangan Teknis dapat dilakukan dengan minimal telah melakukan realisasi impor paling sedikit 60% dari alokasi impor yang diberikan. Additional import quotas in the Technical Consideration can be granted provided that there has been a minimum of 60% import realization from the allocated import quota
7. Pengajuan Persetujuan Teknis dibagi menjadi 2 jenis yaitu: (i) Pertimbangan Teknis untuk perusahaan Produsen (API-P) dan (II) Pertimbangan Teknis untuk perusahaan Perdagangan / Technical Consideration for Trading Companies (API-U) / The submission of Technical Approval is divided into 2 types (i) Technical Consideration for Manufacturing Companies (API -P) and (ii) Technical Consideration for Trading Companies (API-U)

Persyaratan pengajuan Pertimbangan Teknis Produk Elektronik untuk perusahaan Produsen / Requirements for submitting Technical Consideration for Electronic Products for Manufacturing Companies (API-P)

1. Sudah memiliki Izin / Sertifikat Standard yang terverfikasi dan efektif / Already have verified and effective Standard Certificate / IZIN.”
2. Memiliki Akun SIINAS / Having a SIINAS Account
3. Sudah menyampaikan laporan tahap Pembangunan/ Have already submitted the progress report of the construction
4. Menyapaikan laporan Tahap Produksi/ Submitting the Production Stage Report
5. Melampirkan sertifikat : SNI/ K3L/ SHEM (jika diwajibkan) / Attach certificates: SNI (National Standardization), K3L (Occupational Safety and Health), SHEM (Safety, Health, Environment, and Management) (if required).
6. Dokumen rencana Produksi / Production Plan Document
7. Dokumen Rencana Impor Bahan Baku / Raw Material Import Plan Document
8. Dokumen laporan realisasi Impor tahun sebelumnya / Document of the realization report of previous year’s imports.
9. Surat Pernyataan mengenai kebenaran data / Statement letter regarding the accuracy of the data
10. Penjelasan Teknis menggenai kebutuhan dan fungsi bahan baku (yang diimpor) dilengkapi dengan gambar barang/ Technical explanation regarding the requirements and functions of the raw materials (imported) accompanied by images of the goods
11. Kontrak Kerjasama dengan Penyedia Bahan Baku/ Contract Agreement with Raw Material Provider

Persyaratan pengajuan Pertimbangan Teknis Produk Elektronik untuk perusahaan Produsen / Requirements for submitting Technical Consideration for Electronic Product for Manufacturer Companies (API-U)

1. Memiliki NIB dan KBLI Perdagangan / Having an NIB (Business Identification Number) and trading sector (KBLI).
2. Memiliki Akun SIINAS / Having a SIINAS Account
3. Sudah menyampaikan laporan tahap Pembangunan/ Have already submitted the progress report of the construction
4. Melampirkan sertifikat : SNI/ K3L/ SHEM (jika diwajibkan) / Attach certificates: SNI (National Standardization), K3L (Occupational Safety and Health), SHEM (Safety, Health, Environment, and Management) (if required).
5. Dokumen rencana Impor/ Import Plan Document.
6. Dokumen Realisasi Impor tahun sebelumnya (Dikecualikan untuk perusahaan baru berdiri)/ Document of Previous Year’s Import Realization (Exempted for newly established companies)
7. Dokumen Rencana Distribusi / Distribution Plan Document.
8. Dokumen Laporan Distitribusi tahun sebelumnya (Dikecualikan untuk perusahaan baru berdiri) / Document of Previous Year’s Distribution Report (Exempted for newly established companies).
9. Perjanjian Kerjasama dengan pemegang merek / Suplier (Luar negeri jika impor) / Cooperation Agreement with brand owner / Supplier (Foreign if imported).
10. Perjanjian Kerjasama atau kontrak penjualan dengan Mitra/Distributor/Agent/Pengguna Akhir./ Cooperation Agreement or sales contract with Partner/Distributor/Agent/End User
11. Surat Pernyataan kebenaran dokumen./ Letter of Declaration of Document Accuracy
